Your best bet if you are stuck on some part of your kit assembly is to send a mail to
bot@botbuilder.co.uk, where we will try to help you as much as we can. Please note that we don't help with code except for our examples in the
code & projects section.
Missing parts
Have our robot packers missed something in your kit? These things can happen. Send a mail to
bot@botbuilder.co.uk, and tell us what is missing.
Broken & spare parts
If you have broken a piece or need a replacement spare part, check the store 1st. We have things like tyres and servos available. For other broken parts please email
bot@botbuilder.co.uk.
